Design Consultation

Details will vary with each client and their needs. The minimum charge for design consultation is one-hour. For a one time design consultation, the designer will get specifics from the client before the consultation and that will be a billed session.

For larger consultation projects, the client and designer will meet for an initial consultation. The designer will discuss the hourly rate to perform services discussed in initial consultation and may provide a detailed estimate. A design agreement will be provided and, once signed, work will be scheduled. Deliverables vary based on the work requested.

Remodeling & Home Design 

Home Drawings vary per job, and so fees will also vary per job and should be discussed with the designer. Please fill out a contact request form & we will contact you as soon as possible.

The process for drawing a home begins with meeting with client in an initial consultation and going over needs & wants. The designer will then work through a multi-step process ending in a presentation of the home, and a full working set of prints for a builder. Prints may include: Floor Plan, Electrical Plan, Elevation & Section Details, Lighting Plan, Door & Window Schedule, Finish Schedule, Fixture and Appliance Schedule, and Furniture Schedule. {Prints designed will depend on the clients request}

Construction Consulting

We know that the building process is tough, and we want to make it easier! Danielle has years of experience in the construction industry and is happy to help you through this process by being an owner-representative with your contractor. If you don’t have a contractor yet, she can help you find one that’s qualified to do the work for you! This can be a service done independent of design work or in conjunction with it.

Payment

Payment will be due as the designer deems fit for each project. All design agreements will have payment terms included in them. Payment can be made online or by check and are due upon receipt of invoice.
